Ministry Workers and Volunteers
Ministry workers and volunteers should complete these 5 requirements.
1. Obtain a Registration to Work with Vulnerable People card which can be applied for here: Apply for RWVP Card. Tas Baptist recommendations as to who requires an RWVP card can be found here: Tas Baptist Recommendations
2. Sign your local church’s code of conduct. You can obtain a copy of your church’s code of conduct from your church secretary, pastor or leader.
3. Check with your pastor, secretary or leader for additional requirements of your local church. Follow their instructions.
4. Complete a 2-3 hour online Creating Safe Spaces module which can be purchased here: Purchase Online Module.
5. After completing the online training, participants must attend a 3-hour face-to-face interactive workshop. Tickets for each workshop can be purchased by clicking one of these links. You will be redirected to Creating Safe Spaces website for this purchase.
