Coaching can assist in the journey of transformation.
Also, coaching can help you connect your gifted personality and strengths with your ideas and God’s heart, bringing clarity and purpose to daily life.
No matter your role – pastor, parent, student, employee, employer, etc. – coaching can help clarify your vision and your next steps.
As a participant-owned activity, it raises awareness and results in action.
Christian coaching is “an ongoing intentional conversation that empowers a person or group to fully live out God’s calling.” Keith Webb
Coaching can be short term or long term, and project or individual based.
Some clients want to focus on working toward goals and desire the space to process and action ideas. Others want to better understand how they’re wired and how that pairs with our loving and present creator God.
So how could coaching help you move forward with God? That is a question worthy of a conversation.

Jenna has completed a Cert IV in Christian Leadership Coaching through the Christian Coaching Institute (CCI Arrow Coaching | Breathing new life into leadership (arrowleadership.org.au)). She is also an accredited Gallup CliftonStrengths Top 5 Coach through Strengths Network (Home – Strengths Network). Jenna is passionate about people – helping them discover more about who they are, who God is, and how we can each partner with God in everyday life.
Jenna’s leadership journey began by ministering among youth, and she continues to find herself in roles as an Aunty, friend, sister and mentor. Since completing Arrow Leadership in 2019, and after more than a decade in medical reception, Jenna continues to work bi-vocationally, as well as studying ministry and being on team with a local faith community.
